How it works
Natel has Access Points placed strategically throughout Jefferson County broadcasting directed wireless signals to our customers’ homes. Instead of a Modem, our customers have a small “radio” mounted on the outside of their home with line-of-sight (LOS) to one of our Access Points. Our speeds typically range from 512 kilobits/s to 5 megabits/s, equal to 9x to 90x the speed of tradition dial up. Our service is always on – no dialing, no busy signals.
Support
Natel technical support team is available at the office during business hours to help with any Internet connection issues. We also have technicians on call in the evenings and over the weekend for urgent issues such as a critical network outage. All non-urgent issues will be addressed the following business day.
